The NBPA Foundation is proud of the players&#39; continued assistance in communities around the world. Each active player is able to match up to $25,000 total each season. Two-way players are not eligible for the program. NBPA Foundation

The NBPA&#39;s Legal team has played an instrumental role in protecting and advancing the rights of NBA players through landmark legal achievements and collective bargaining. Their work includes: <ul id="isPasted"><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0" id="isPasted">Negotiating and enforcing the Collective Bargaining Agreement on behalf of players, which governs everything from player salaries to conduct;</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Administering the player benefits programs and assisting players with on- and off-court issues;</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Certifying and regulating player agents to protect player interests;</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Supporting and counseling players and their agents in contract negotiations with teams; and</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Representing players in disputes with teams and the NBA, and helping resolve disputes with agents.</li></ul> For legal assistance, please contact <a href="mailto:family@nbpa.com">family@nbpa.com</a>.
